Updated: Aug 4

Six sold-out shows. 2,700 audience members. One unforgettable milestone.
Pixitoon celebrated a major achievement as "Jamal Jamal," the live musical theatre experience starring the beloved camel from Tunes Kids, sold out all six performances during its debut in Doha, Qatar, over Eid Al Adha (27–29 May 2026). Presented in collaboration with Mazaji, the production welcomed more than 2,700 attendees, proving that Jamal’s popularity extends far beyond the screen.
Originally created as a YouTube-first character, Jamal the Camel has become one of the Gulf’s most recognizable children's personalities. As part of Pixitoon’s digital ecosystem, which reaches 35 million subscribers and has generated over 28 billion lifetime views, Jamal has built a loyal fanbase across YouTube, TikTok, Shahid VIP, and other digital platforms.

The success of the Doha performances marks an important step in Pixitoon’s vision of transforming original intellectual property into enduring entertainment brands. Following the sold-out debut, the company has already received requests to bring the show to Bahrain, Oman, and Kuwait, while new partnerships in live entertainment, merchandising, and licensing continue to expand the brand’s reach.
From digital content and live experiences to retail products and regional collaborations, Jamal is evolving into a multi-platform franchise that celebrates Arab culture while connecting with children and families across the region. The Doha debut demonstrated that home-grown characters can inspire audiences both online and on stage, reinforcing Pixitoon’s mission to create world-class children's entertainment with global potential.
